At Devendari Healing Private Limited, we aim to offer ethical, safe, and transparent healthcare services. This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which a refund may be issued for services purchased through our platform, in accordance with our Terms of Use and payment gateway compliance standards.
1. Standard Policy – No Refunds
All payments made for consultations, treatment sessions, or any other services are non-refundable. This includes:
- Change of mind after payment
- Dissatisfaction with advice or progress
- Missed or unattended appointments
2. Exceptional Refund Scenarios
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare and verifiable situations:
a. Duplicate Payment:
If a user is charged more than once due to a technical or gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
b. Service Not Delivered:
If we are unable to deliver a confirmed session and rescheduling is not feasible, we will process a full refund.
c. Medical Escalation Cases:
If, during a consultation or onboarding, our team identifies that the user requires emergency care or that the case is beyond the scope of our services, we may initiate a refund at our sole discretion.
All such cases are subject to verification and approval by our accounts team and payment processor.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@devendari.com within 7 days of the transaction. Requests must include the transaction ID, date, and a brief explanation of the issue.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (UPI, card, bank, etc.)
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Delays due to banks or payment processors are not within our control.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Missed appointments without valid notice
- Cancellations outside the rescheduling window
- Dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes
- Violation of platform Terms of Use
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is raised through a payment provider, Devendari Healing will submit documentation to support the transaction.
Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension or denial of future services.
