Step 1 – Book Your Slot

Once you share your details, you'll be directed to our slot booking page. We schedule all slots in advance so both you and your doctors know exactly when to connect.

Step 2 – Secure Your Spot

After selecting your slot, you'll be taken to the payment gateway. You'll pay a single integrated fee of ₹ 1/- for 3 months — covering every consultation and service (no hidden costs).

Step 3 – Get Your Consultation Link

Once payment is complete, your slot is confirmed. A meeting link will be sent to your email.

Step 4 – Begin Your First Consultation (2 hours)

Your first session will include:

30 min with a Medical Doctor
30 min with an Ayurvedic Doctor
30 min with a Dietitian
30 min with a Psychologist

Step 5 – Receive Your Integrated Health Plan

After the consultation, you'll get a personalized prescription with:

A tailored diet plan
Ayurvedic medicine recommendations
Modern medicine prescription (if needed)
Links to live group workout sessions
Links to dedicated counselling sessions

Step 6 – Ongoing Care

Continuous care throughout the 3 months:

Regular follow-ups with medical doctor, dietitian, and Ayurvedic doctor
Regular Yoga sessions 5 days a week with our fitness trainers
Dedicated therapy sessions with our psychologists
Ongoing monitoring and support from our care team, making sure you are achieving results on time.
